Bills of Exchange Act : ‘Days of grace’ [are] three days allowed for the payment of a bill of exchange or a promissory note after it has nominally become due. No such days of grace are allowed in the case of bills of exchange and promissory notes purporting to be payable on sight or on demand. See s. 14 of the Bills of Exchange Act, 1882 – JBS
